Shipping & Returns

Ordering

Buying is simple and very easy. Simply browse the site and if you do want to buy an item, simply click Add to cart button. Each time  you add at item, you will taken to a page which shows you what you have in your shopping cart. You remove items from the shopping cart by clicking on the small cross next to the item itself. Once you completed your shopping simply click on the Checkout button and you will be directed to checkout stage where you will need enter a few details in order to complete your order.

Payment

Once your order has been accepted you will recieve a confirmation email. Please check details carefully and contact us straight away if there any problems.

Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • Online Payment Methods PAYPAL or NOCHEX
  • Cheques by Post - If you selected this option , items will be posted the next working day after the cheque has cleared.
  • Cheques are payable to S.Ahmed.
  • Postal Orders payable to S.Ahmed 

Delivery & Shipping Charges

All items dispatched will require a signature. We hope to have most items delivered within 4-5 working days.

If payment is made using PAYPAL or NOCHEX, all items are posted within 2 working days from receipt of your order.

If you have selected to pay by cheque, items will be posted out the next working day after the cheque has cleared.

Please add 99p to the delivery cost for each additional Khussa Shoe that is ordered. So for example 2 pairs of shoes would cost ( £2.99 + 99p) = £3.99. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO SHOES. We charge 99p for each additional shoe to simply the cover the Postage and Packaging costs. We DO NOT hide the Shipping costs into the prices of our Indian Khussa shoes and then charge you again for shipping.  You pay a LOW PRICE for the product and a standard shipping rate for delivery. For other products on the website, it is simply a one-off charge as shown in above table.

Returns

We have a 14 day no-quibble guarantee. We believe full Customer Satisfaction. If you are not happy with the order please return the goods in the original packaging using the Return address on the Package, in the same condition that they arrived. Refunds can only be made via a Paypal account or a written Cheque. Please state on returning the goods which you prefer. We want our Customers to be happy...

Exchange

If you simply want a exchange, return the product(s) with a NOTE requesting an exchange and the product(s) required. If we don't have it in stock we will offer an alternative or a FULL REFUND.

On all Exchanges, Shipping Charges will be FREE. All we ask is please return all products as recorded/registered post.  This way you will be sure that it will be recieved and signed by us.
